I have to reverse a parking ticket the other day in Yonkers NY illegally. The policeman gave me a quote, but wrote on the ticket that I live in the Bronx, where my license makes it clear that I live in Mt Vernon. My question is ... This is reason enough to dismiss the judges? And if not, what are my chances that the judge give me a break, and I want to go instead of points on my license. I have a clean criminal record and I hope that this will continue. Please notify the police, prosecutors and judges called upon to respond (in particular the situation in New York)
